With a bear market in full swing and inflation at record highs, I would like to discuss our plans going forward. We have a very exciting future ahead of us and some changes coming in the next few months.
GOPX Whitepaper
We will be revising our Whitepaper to conform with the current SEC guidelines on what makes a utility token. Note: Revisions will not effect the current 500-1 earned in the ICO.
GOPX Exchange
We will have the GOPX Exchange up and running on July 24th. Investors will be able to transfer their tokens to the GOPX Exchange wallet on that day. Investors will register and create their accounts and wallets then.
ICO Holder Sells
You will have the ability to sell your tokens on the GOPX Exchange on 8-01-2022. Token sales will be capped at 5% per month. (We have to cap withdrawals of the token to prevent market manipulation and "runs" on the market).
Let's say John bought 400 tokens in the ICO. When it goes on our GOPX Exchange, his 400 tokens would be worth $200,000.00. (at current price of $500.00 a token) John can only take out 5% monthly of the $200,000.00, which equates to $5000.00 a month. (Investors are responsible for all fees associated with the ERC-20 contract GOPX)
GOPX Token Market Cap
There were 5,000,000 tokens purchased during the ICO including marketing bonuses, which gives the token's market cap and supply value of $2,500,000,000.00 ($2.5 Billion)
Note: With the 5% monthly sell cap, only 125 million tokens can be sold per month from the ICO token holders. Pre March 2022 investors can sell their tokens beginning August 1st. 50% of the 5,000,000 ICO tokens, (which equates to 1.25 Billion tokens or $62,500,000.00 a month) can be sold in the first 8 months, as post March 2022 ICO Investors will be eligible to sell then.
Where will liquidity come from if everyone sells at 5%?
Exchanges have Liquidity Providers(LP) and Automated Market Makers(AMM) buying and selling tokens in bulk behind the scenes that make their money in transaction fees or gas in the ERC-20 Token Ethereum. That's why in the Centralized Exchanges(CEX), like Coinbase, buying and selling of crypto currency is instantly in their order book, as compared to a De-Centralized Exchange(DEX) where another individual investor looking to purchase GOPX to gain the 5X ROI, would place a buy order and that would be matched to the token holder's sell order.
What type of Exchange is GOPX
GOPX Exchange is a Hybrid Exchange where it applies both type of Order Books, Plus it’s own Liquidity Provider(LP) that can either be a Centralized Liquidity Provider working as back up to it’s partnered Liquidity Providers(LP) as well as put in Sell Orders for Individual Buy Orders
How will my token be sold or purchased? Subject to change depending on internal and legal review.

Note: All tokens sold up until July 23 will be bought for $1, any token purchased at a higher value either in the ICO or on Bitmart will have the dollar amount purchased changed to $1 per dollar purchased.
Note: if you brought a 100 tokens at $100 you would have only 1 GOPX Token, in which would give you the additional 99 token. Subject to change depending on internal and legal review.
Bitmart is under $500 how will that impact the token going on the GOPX Exchange at $500?
At the beginning of July before the GOPX Exchange goes live, we will provide the liquidity for the GOPX Token value to be set at $500 and suspend all trading of GOPX on Bitmart which would be the same as delisting
Bitmart GOPX Token Holders would transfer their tokens to their GOPX Exchange Wallet and have their token count adjusted to 1 token per dollar spent. You brought it on Bitmart at $100 we would provide you the other 99 tokens
